Ebay Reconciliation & Operations Specialist

Reconciliation:

• Responsible for monthly reconciliation & seller payments for all incentive programs

• Collaborate with the Reconciliation Manager, Finance & Controllership teams to ensure all reconciliation tasks & payouts are completed in a timely manner

• Work with Category Managers and their sellers to address issues with payment disputes

• Responsible for maintaining reconciliation tracking documents

• Understand areas of opportunities and devise an action plan to streamline our processes

SFCs:

• Partner with the SFCs Operations Manager to understand deliverables for coupons campaigns and execute against the plan

• Monitor, track and communicate progress of coupon deliverables to the SFC Operations Manager + take corrective measures (if needed)

• Work with Category Managers and their sellers to secure & review items and send coupon contracts

• Collaborate with marketing ops to ensure all coupon deliverables are completed, reviewed and signed off before the campaign launches

What you will bring:

• Expert in MS-Excel and Salesforce (HIVE instance preferred)

• Strong time & project management skills, including the discipline to get things done in ambiguous situations and the ability to work on multiple projects and navigate multiple partner engagements simultaneously

• You are self-motivated, efficient, independent and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail with the sense of responsibility for the flawless execution of assigned tasks

• Effective communication skills and experience working with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment
