Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Strategy Development, Executive Communication, Operational Efficiency, People Management, Process Management, or Operations Management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Rich Communication Services(RCS), Ads, TelCo, first-party/third-party ecosystems, engineering productivity.
- Experience influencing product and engineering teams with operational insights.
- Knowledge of common technical operations and program management methodologies.
- Ability to design technical solutions, tools, or write scripts to automate routine tasks.
- Proven track record in driving efficient and effective operational designs through appropriate selection and application of frameworks, standards, tools, processes, and resourcing models.
