Performs research and engineering laboratory functions involving the layout, building, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and modification of mechanical or electromechanical materials, devices, assemblies, subassemblies, systems and products.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical proficiencies are highly desirable such as experience with 3D printing, mechanical assembly, adept at working with tools, and machinery.
  • Hands-on experience in medical device manufacturing, production environment or prototyping experience.
  • Conduct tests of completed units or components under operational conditions to investigate designs or to obtain data for development.
  • Provides technical support to R&D engineers and performs assembly, prototyping, testing, and helps create assembly procedures.
  • The successful candidate will be working with a group of R&D engineers and fellow technicians in device design, fabrication, and evaluation.


Required qualifications:

  • 1 Year with Associate in Arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
