The role is based in our Barcelona office with a minimum expectation of three days per week in the office. There may be additional in office time required based on business needs and collaboration opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a high performing SDR team responsible for generating pipeline across EMEA
- Build a team culture that values ownership, consistency and continuous development
- Provide regular one to one coaching and set clear expectations for performance and progression
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Enablement to align on campaign strategy and account engagement
- Prioritise high intent accounts and drive strategic outreach using available tools and dashboards
- Support prospecting efforts across machine identity, identity security and access management
- Report on key metrics and contribute to pipeline planning with sales leadership
