Responsibilities
Ensuring orders validation, compliance and approvals before Order Entry,
Confirming customer requested date and plan & the backlog management,
Updating timely key dates using local operating mechanisms and reports,
Reviewing weekly business sales plans,
Managing contract review with Finance/OTR Regional Manager,
Daily follow up of customer credit documentation and inventory,
Monitoring collections issues due to OTR,
Identifying root cause on defect analysis,
Monitoring and coordinating daily logistics traffic from warehouses.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree OR Associates degree within Supply chain or Logistics,
Experience within order management (experience in healthcare industry would be an asset),
Experience in a project management, customer relations role,
Previous experience supporting Sales or Service teams,
Strong verbal and written communication skills,
Very good time management skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks,
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
Problem-solving attitude,
Basic accounting knowledge,
Ability to build relationships with remote colleagues,
Demonstrated aptitude and success in fostering solid, value-based relationships with internal and external customers.
