Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Kickoff: Coordinate project kickoff meetings, ensure all stakeholders are informed, and set project expectations.

2. CAD Drawings: Ability to understand and interpret CAD drawings to ensure project accuracy.

3. Preparing MOM: Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) for project meetings and ensure action items are assigned and tracked.

4. Project Updates: Collect project updates from engineers and send progress reports to customers.

5. Material Management: Order and track materials in SAP, working closely with the planning team to ensure timely delivery.

6. Billing Coordination: Coordinate with the billing person to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

7. Project Closure: Prepare project closure documentation, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and filed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in a related field (e.g., engineering, construction management)

- At least 3-5 years of experience in project engineer/lead or a related field
- Ability to understand CAD drawings
- Proficiency in SAP will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in project engineer/lead or a related field

- Experience in Building automation industry

- Knowledge of project management.

- Basic Commissioning capabilities are added advantage.
