Sr. Manager, Food & Beverage - UCAN (United States and Canada), you will lead the strategic vision and execution of our F&B program across the region. You will ensure offerings reflect Netflix’s culture of innovation and inclusion while driving operational excellence. Partnering closely with Workplace leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and F&B teams, you will create an experience that aligns with our values and fuels productivity and joy for our workforce.
This role is based out of Los Angeles and reports to the Director of Workplace, US & Canada and requires a dynamic, experienced leader with a passion for hospitality, innovation, and team empowerment.
What You’ll Do:
Elevate the F&B Program
Define and execute a strategic vision for the F&B program across UCAN, creating offerings that are high-quality, simple, inclusive, and seamlessly integrated into our workplace culture.
Lead the exploration of innovative culinary trends to ensure Netflix remains a benchmark for workplace hospitality.
Lead and Inspire Teams
Guide and empower F&B specialists, workplace teams, and vendor partners to deliver exceptional and consistent experiences across all locations.
Provide senior-level leadership, fostering alignment, creativity, and operational excellence.
Champion Collaboration and Culture
Build meaningful connections with Workplace leadership, cross-functional teams, and global counterparts to ensure alignment and success.
Act as a thought leader, influencing senior leadership on the strategic importance of F&B in fostering a high-performing workplace.
Drive Operational Excellence and Innovation
Oversee vendor partnerships, program budgets, and performance metrics to ensure consistent, cost-effective, and innovative service delivery.
Promote sustainability and creativity as key pillars of the program, ensuring a positive impact on both employees and the environment.
Enhance Employee Experience
Curate memorable food and beverage moments that inspire joy, encourage connection, and meet the diverse needs of Netflix’s workforce.
Deliver solutions that seamlessly integrate into employees’ workflows, supporting productivity and collaboration.
Culinary Expertise:A deep understanding of culinary operations and hospitality, with 10+ years of experience designing and delivering exceptional F&B programs in dynamic environments.
Strategic Leadership:Proven expertise in vendor management, budget oversight, and driving operational efficiency without compromising quality or creativity.
Executive Presence:A strong leadership presence, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence cross-functional strategies at the highest levels.
Passion for Experience:A demonstrated ability to create F&B experiences that inspire connection, foster community, and enhance well-being.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $220,000 - $570,000.
