Corporate Communication helps adidas to create distinctive and appealing images with its stakeholder groups, build a strong, trusted corporate brand ("the company behind the brands") and develop reputational capital. The team positively enhances the company’s reputation with inspiring content derived from the company’s strategy, consistent messaging, impactful distribution via state-of-the-art channels and relevant employee engagement activations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the Global/South Korean integrated communication plan internally for adidas Korea in line with corporate business priorities and global integrated planning
Work closely with key stakeholders in South Korea to capture key milestones and progress in line with strategy and create stories, drive positive employee engagement and contribute to the department's KPIs across adidas owned corporate communication channels (I.e.,a-LIVE, Viva Engage, Inside3Stripes, All Employee Meetings)
Provide logistical and organizational support for employee meetings and events, including working with external agencies
Support Senior Manager on all employee communication touchpoints at local level includingAll Employee Meetings, General Manager communication, video/content development, internal articles, etc. and execute working cross-functionally
Lead global community give-back initiative in the local market, identifying employee engagement opportunities where appropriate
Develop quarterly and yearly review reports by extracting KPI data from the key internal and external communication channels, and assess qualitative & quantitative performance and key insights
Perform administrative tasks such as ensuring accurate management of publishing tools (eg. Smartsheet) and management of assets (eg. Creative library etc.)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
University degree in business studies/ marketing/ communication
4 – 5 years of working experience in a Corporate/Brand/Internal Communication department, and agency experience isaplus
Through understanding of the complexity, interactions, and dynamics within an international company
Comprehensive understanding of communication and business acumen
Strong and professional interpersonal communication skills to negotiate with internal and/or external partners with possible divergent interests and with different business areas
Ability to think and act strategically and support developing operational plans
A great team player who can work collaboratively across all functions and disciplines
Excellent project & event management skills and coordinating content for activities/events
Excellent storytelling and creative visual skills, including video production and slide design
Excellent communication expertise and English fluency, both written and verbal (quality, consistency, and accuracy)
Solution-oriented and can-do attitude
Self-motivated and able to work well under deadline pressure and multi-task
