You'll make an impact by

• Set up project team and identify the project targets with team members
• Drive the project management team to achieve the project targets including time, cost and quality etc.
• Report with the defined projects including timeline, technical and economic situation to China and Germany management
• Regular project meeting with global team members (China, India, Germany etc.)
• PLM Milestone release constraint monitoring and tracking
• Monthly R&D budget tacking and updating
• Project files documentation

Your defining qualities

• At least 5 years working experience with related to new PRODUCT introduction, at least project 3 years project management experience.
• Fluent English
• Experience with mechanical design or electronic (hardware or firmware) design is preferred
• Experience with project manager or project leader is preferred.
• Experience with international company is preferred
• PMP certificate is preferred
