Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in digital content management, e-commerce operations, or related fields, with 7+ years in a senior leadership role managing a large global team of at least 70 people.
  • Strong talent development experience, including building, scaling, and managing high-performing teams and vendor relationships.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and partner management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale change management initiatives, driving new ways of working, innovation, and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic leadership skills – ability to develop and communicate a compelling vision, aligning team roadmaps with broader organizational priorities.
  • Expertise in content management systems, localization, and quality assurance for publishing and commerce operations.
  • Proven track record of scaling digital publishing operations, optimizing workflows, and implementing innovative process improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Background in e-commerce, merchandising, or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of how content drives conversion and customer engagement.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $255,400 and $408,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
