Support OTS Data Strategy through ODM:
- Enables integration efforts with the OTS DataMarketplace furthering the Data as a Product strategy.
- System Administrator of ODM
- Support in create standard documents explaining the existing configuration of ODM
- Manage Permissions and PoliciesDevelop and Manage Data:
- Responsible for deploying new features in ODM. This include gathering requirement in partnership with Product Manager, Collaborating with Atlan team to create development plan, deploy it in dev, UAT and promote to prod
- Build standardized process for metadata management and documentation within our ODM.
- Create integration workflows for ODM- DaaP Infrastructure connections, establish workflows and partner with peers to simplify data onboarding efforts.Perform Data Analysis and Problem-Solving:- Troubleshoot issues, failed workflows of ODM
- Research problems and identify data required to answer specific questions
- Compare insights to identify patterns, relationships, and problemsCommunicate Insights and Findings:
- Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments
Ensure Data Quality and Governance:
- Ensure that the assets in ODM adhere to data tech defined standards. The assets in ODM are certified and have proper metadata
- Implement best practices for data management
- Contribute to data governance initiativesSkills Needed:- Analytical: SQL/Python and dashboarding experience.

- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of SQL experience
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
- Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions
- Experience with AWS technologies
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
