Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in sales development, sales strategy or field sales in the technology industry, with cloud products and platforms.
Experience working in an account management/sales planning role to support client relationship management in this region.
Experience working with the public sector market, including government, state, municipalities, or education entities across the LATAM region.
Experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Productivity, or Collaboration technology solutions to clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience securing and growing customer bases, carrying and exceeding business goals in a sales role.
Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based sales activity within business cycles.
Experience building and maintaining executive relationships, ensuring customer success, adoption and expansion.
Experience working cross-functionally, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal, to inventory software estate, build business cases for transformation and implementation plans, and close agreements.
Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions in Cloud and Productivity and Collaboration.
Speak English and Spanish fluently in order to effectively communicate in this customer-facing sales role.
