Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive variance analysis interpreting the impact of SETS working capital results against monthly, quarterly, and yearly plan/forecast
• Support the detailed development of the annual operating plan (AOP) and SRO (Short Range Outlook)
• Performing ad-hoc analysis based upon changing business needs
• Assist in reporting key working capital metrics to upper management across the GBEs in SETS
• Manage data collection processes for elements of working capital
• Champion area(s) of working capital by providing financial insight and leadership on key improvement projects
• Present concise monthly financial results to Functional Leadership and monitor accuracy of ME financials
• Interaction with IA Finance Leadership Team as well as Functional Leaders
• Support SETS BAP FP&A MOS

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning or Accounting, Digital transformation
• English proficient
