About the role:
As a Creative Designer in the HR Team, you will be responsible for developing visual concepts and designs that support various HR activities and needs. Your responsibilities cover include employee experience, internal communications, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Experience : Creating concepts and designs aiming to promote an outstanding and original employee experience during the employee lifecycle
- Event Branding: Develop and design visual materials for internal events such as team-building activities, workshops, and company-wide celebrations
- Internal Communications : Design visually appealing and engaging materials for internal communications, such as newsletters, presentations, social media posts, and announcements that engage and inform employees.
- Employer Branding : Influence, develop and update our employer brand design that reflects Artlist’s values and culture, enhancing our employer brand proposition in social media, carer pages, internal communications, merchandise, and more.
- Recruitment Marketing : Develop creative assets for recruitment campaigns, including digital ads, and recruitment boots, to attract top talent.
- Social Media : Lead new concepts and design engaging graphics and content for the company's social media platforms to enhance employer branding and communicate our employee value proposition.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Experience: 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with experience in brand design work
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experienced in designing social media
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required - a must!
