In this role as a Senior Manager, Product Management (People Leader), you will lead the development and execution of advanced technology solutions for the Enterprise Tech Health team focused on cyber security and risk for Associate Digital Experience.

Create and communicate a strategic vision for conference room technology experiences that align with company goals and market trends. Inspire and guide teams to achieve this vision, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and engaged. Successfully navigate uncertain areas by leading the experience evaluation process, conducting iterative prototyping, and executing various business plans and projects to ensure that the business requirements are effectively addressed and fulfilled.

What you'll bring:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in product management, business consulting, engineering, analytics or related field. A proven track record in product management with demonstrated success in leading end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
  • Strategic Vision: The ability to think strategically and develop a long-term vision for enterprise risk management. Experience in crafting and executing product strategies that align with broader business objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and make informed product decisions. Experience and strong knowledge of cyber/risk technologies – Brinqa, ServiceNow, Infinipoint, etc
  • Analytical and Data Driven approach: Proven strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and use it to drive product decisions and improvements. Experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure success and business impact.
  • Proven track record and expertise in building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related field. MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Data Analytics: Database Systems - SQL, Data Visualization - Tableau or Power BI

  • Dev Skills: Python, REST APIs, Javascript

  • CI/CD Pipelines: GitHub, Jenkins

  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, SNOW

  • Possibly hands on experience with ML models and deep learning frameworks with the direction were approaching

  • Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras

  • ML Models: Supervised and/or Unsupervised Learning

  • For telemetry, some potential tools would be Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, maybe Solar Winds
