Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+years experiencein engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 6+yearsexperiencemanaging cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)

Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • providingcustomer-centric input on priorities, communicating status and updates, while creating clarity onobjectivesto be delivered.
  • Ability to create general contractor framework to deliver horizontal reliability initiatives.
  • You can influence various engineering roles from engineer to engineering leadership.
  • You are the creator and advocate of the Story (the why) andare responsible fordescribing the value and promoting the work at theappropriate externaland internal venues.
  • Define what success looks like, how we measure it, and how we get there.
  • Create an inclusive work environment where every team member can bring their full and authentic self, where all voices are heard, and the team can deliver their best work as a result.
