Your Functional & Technical responsibilities:
- Should have experience working for or with clients across one or more of retail banks/ commercial banks/ investment banks/ asset management firms/ lenders/ credit unions or other players in the financial services ecosystem.
- Strong SME knowledge in implementing, solutioning & designing Digital Banking solution offering across retail, & commercial banks.
- Good understanding of the architecture, administration, configuration, data structure of various Next Gen Digital Banking Products
- Experience in broader Banking areas including Retail and Wholesale Banking Across channels – traditional (Branch Banking) and Digital including Online Banking combined with good understanding of GL
- Cross-component functional experience; identify and guide the processes between the domain and other Digital banking components, thus providing visibility of the end-to-end business processes
- Expert in digital banking business and solutions mapping from a functional and business process perspective.
- Responsible for delivering of multiple large scale/complex core transformation projects on digital banking, worked with existing application and supported custom development, customization and integration with in-house solutions.
- Drive Banking platforms & domain growth in the BCM consulting practice working with Account and Delivery teams, drive engagement through the entire project lifecycle from pre-sale to execution and ongoing engagement
- Experience in implementing & building enterprise core banking system with focus on recovery, stability, reliability, scalability and performance.
- Should have expertise in banking architecture including digital landscapes and end-to-end delivery (from inception to productionization) of large-scale mission critical distributed core applications in financial services
- Ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders across regions
Your Management responsibilities:
- Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases
- Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members
- Project scheduling and resource management
- Planning, budgeting and reporting on projects
- Make presentations on project status, present weekly, monthly and annual reports to senior management
- Communicate with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progress
- Provide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time
- A background of working with development best practices.
- Contribute in growing the practice by performing Go to Market activities including presales & sales
- Self-motivated, Strong communication and team building skills to interact with various stakeholders for delivery & Go to market activities.
- Work iteratively in a team with continuous collaboration.

Requirements
We are looking for the candidates with the following:
- BE/BTech/MCA/ with a sound banking & capital markets industry experience with Core Banking solutions of 15 to 20 years
- Mandatory skills:
- Experience in Techni- Functional consulting with digital banking in the banking industry preferably a background of a banker in the retail/commercial areas or a functional consultant for top banking sector clients in a major IT firm.
- Mandatory experience in Banking/Cap Mkts Industry
- Certification:
- Digital Banking & other certifications
- Project Management Certifications
- Preferred skills:
- Program Management experience in banking & payments project
- Experience in handling full cycle implementations of Digital Banking.
