Description
The ideal candidate will have experience with hands-on client facing account management responsibilities and be accountable for leading, growing and developing our strategic accounts in the Real Money Gambling (RMG) vertical in AMR.You will work hand in hand with a Client Partner Lead and Client Partners who act as our frontline sales team. You will also partner closely with your regional colleagues and other key stakeholders such as marketing and product, feeding back market sentiment on our products.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years experience of managing account managers/a client services team
  • Demonstrable account management operations or other client facing sales support function experience
  • Experience in performance advertising, the mobile and app market and a passion for the ever-changing digital space
  • Demonstrable analytical skills are critical for this role

  • Influential and will quickly develop relationships and trust with their peers and directs, so that they can provide direction, oversight, and professional development opportunities
  • Experience in or working with clients in the Real Money Gambling (RMG) industry
  • Passionate and proven in developing teams, driving an inclusive culture of collaboration and shared success. Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide others towards achieving shared goals
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - in-person, on video conference, and over-the-phone. Ability to listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions and articulate business visions both internally and externally
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on detail and trends, combined with the ability to adapt and react fast to ensure we deliver our clients best in market service
  • Ability to identify and develop data analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals. Coach the team to quantify high-impact opportunities, make clear recommendations to pitch and upsell to customers.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $164,200 and $286,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
