-Deploying an appropriate Sales structure for export and domestic market.
-Orders and Revenue Growth-Ensuring deployment of Sales Verticalization and alignment across all the LOBs and Functions
-Driver for results — insists on excellence in all fields
-Ability to drive and execute major change initiatives
-Ability to develop and maintain effectives relationships (external / internal)
-Conversant in Oral and written communication skills in English
-Ability to build, lead and develop effective teams
-Strategic planning capabilities, understand how to assess market opportunities, business investment, risk and execution -requirements
-Highly motivated and self-directed
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
-In-depth knowledge of the automation business, processes, practices and key markets and customer
