This role is critical in helping to shape and drive process and technology change across the group. The role requires extensive Transfer Agency operations experience and excellent analytical skillsin order todesign, test and validate complex solutions and services forour clients and operational teams. Communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively cooperate with multiple stakeholders across Product, Technology,and our Clients.
What you will do:
Co-operate with client, product and technology partners to create end to end target operating model design and solutions ensuring optimum design for risk mitigation, efficiency and adherence to policy and control requirements.
Create and monitor measurable success criteria for delivery of operating model delivery.
Perform process analysis and design solutions in response to client or operational
Deliver business requirements, prepare testing plans and execute/overseetesting implementation planning and operational readiness.

What we'll need from you:
At least5 yearsof experience in Transfer Agency OperationsManagement supporting end to end client delivery.
understanding of financialmarket and Transfer Agency.
Understanding of BABOK standard and/or IIBA certification isadvantageous
Excellent written and communication skills (
Ability to work in fast paced environment under tightdeadlines

Strong analytical
