Global Product Owner, Preferred Success, ISBN


• Manage the Preferred Success product and delivery health, focusing on key business metrics including velocity, adoption, consumption, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), and commercial components • Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for SAP Preferred Success based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, industry insights, and marketing intelligence
• Enhance Preferred Success offerings by introducing new and refreshed capabilities to enable entry into new markets and deliver unparalleled customer value
• Ensure that our Customer Success Partner community has access to the necessary expertise to effectively position, plan, order, and fulfill Preferred Success services
• Collaborate to secure the 'supply chain of service' by driving improvements in the adoption of our services.


To excel in this role, you should have: • Associate Certification in at least one SAP Ariba/Fieldglass solution, with a deep understanding of the full ISBN suite.
• The ability to assess capabilities in the context of supporting procurement customer business requirements.
• Experience in the development, support, implementation, or enablement of ISBN line of business capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP Cloud offerings, specifically SAP Preferred Success.
• A customer success-driven mindset and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Curiosity, open-mindedness, resourcefulness, and flexibility, with a quick learning ability.
• A "get-it-done" and "can-do" attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues and customers.

You will be an integral part of our Product Management team within the Customer Success Services organization, working in the Adoption Services Center Preferred Success Product Management Organization. As a Preferred Success Product Manager, you will drive product growth, development, and delivery, making critical decisions about product development and delivery. Your role will require specialization in at least one module area or business process, ideally encompassing multiple areas. You will leverage your expertise to adapt cloud solutions and enhance customer usage of existing solutions through knowledge transfer, change management expertise, and functional business process guidance.

Your responsibilities will encompass personal delivery and development, as well as portfolio building, while collaborating with the Adoption Services Center, Regional teams, and other resource pools to achieve our strategic objectives.
