As a
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Mobilisation Managers, ensure the major projects achieve Operational Readiness
- Be the Support and guidance for site PM’s for Major Projects works across the TAM business.
- Support the planning, coordination, resource assignment and execution of Project Works.
- Lead the Completion of cost reviews for site team to ensure lowest cost and lowest risk.
- Work with Operations teams to ensure on-time and on-cost delivery of major lifecycle and modifications work
- Provide Close engagement with Sales and other Honeywell business functions to ensure robust bid reviews, approval of estimates and labour/cost profiles.
- Optimise delivery of projects and engineering to achieve continuous improvement and overall effectiveness to attain productivity targets
- Working within the Broader Team to ensure project works plans from all contracts are feasible and viable from a delivery, technical and cost perspective
- Contribute to new Bids as and when required, to maximise bid opportunities, whilst at the same time mitigating risks through the operating term.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- 7 Years Engineering and Business Leadership experience
Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Experience in and knowledge of the PPP Contracting Framework for Social Infrastructure Projects
- Proven background in Project Management within Controls, Automation, Electronic Security, Smart Buildings, Digital Engineering, Sustainability and Integration is essential
- Highly developed project management skills
- A proven track record of delivery and success in the areas of problem solving and process change / improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a customer driven functional engineering capacity
- Experience with ISO 55000 (preferred)
