As a Fund Servicing Analyst within the Security Services Operations team, you will do KYC renewals for clients (clients of Promoters) of clients (Promoters). Promoters are JP Morgan clients, for whom we provide services to promoter’s clients such as account opening, transaction processing and monitoring, and KYC renewals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the firm’s KYC requirements when completing documentation inclusive of Customer Identification Program (CIP), Minimum Due Diligence (MDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Local Due Diligence (LDD), Specialized Due Diligence (SpDD) and Product Due Diligence requirements (PDD)
  • Compare and contrast differences within KYC records, and highlight and escalate any discrepancies
  • Engage with Middle office and be part of KYC/AML interactions to complete the case as per the timeline
  • Exhibit the highest standards of customer service to our internal and external customers (inclusive of confidentiality)
  • Interpret alerts to management when applicable
  • Handle and maintain confidential client documentation
  • Comply with global regulatory requirements
  • Manage personal workload and priority items and ensure timely escalation of key risks/issues to management

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant Financial Institution (FI); AML/KYC experience is required.
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Solid Interpersonal skills – ability to interact effectively both with individuals & teams, a team player.
  • Good English written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to different styles at all levels,
  • Assume accountability through willingness to take ownership and responsibility to accomplish goals.
  • Adaptability to maintain standards and adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes or requirements.
  • Initiating action and escalating potential risks to minimize loss.
  • Commitment to provide high standards of quality client service
  • Able to work under limited direction
  • Ability to attain in depth knowledge of the technology and applications used within the business.
