Responsibilities:

• Tracks business unit performance against the IT business plan and service level agreements; identifies gaps.
• Contributes to and / or creates internal communications.
• Works on mergers & acquisitions activities. Creates and prepares reports, metrics and presentations.
• Utilizes good understanding of procedures and concepts in own area and basic knowledge of other technical areas. Applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing objectives.
• Provides informal guidance to new or lower level employees. Makes evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information; resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents.
• Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams. Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in a technology planning role.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Experiencia en:

• Implementando alertamientos para detección de fallas.
• Instrumentación de agentes de monitoreo en servidores.
• Desarrollo de dashboards de health checks.
• Administración de herramientas de observabilidad y monitoreo.
• Desarrollo de scripts de health check.
• Desarrollo de scripts de recuperación de fallas.
• Soporte de aplicaciones y sistemas.
• Ejecución de SRE Site Reliability Engineering.
• Uso de herramientas comerciales de Observabilidad (AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, Elastic Search, Open Telemtry, etc).
• Generación de reportes para SLO y SLI.
