We are looking for a talented Software Developer with a strong technical background, customer obsession and bias for action with a track record of leading and delivering robust solutions quickly. Strong judgment and communication skills, long-term technical vision, and continuous focus on engineering and operational excellence are essential for success in this role. You will be expected to be proficient technically, mentor and grow junior developers, encourage software development best practices, and iterate quickly.Key job responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers and UX designers to define features
- Relish the idea of solving problems and be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than most projects

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
