• You will generate sales qualified leads (SQL’s) within existing customer install base
• Ensure timely follow up on inbound web leads from channel partners, and web requests
• Follow up on marketing qualified leads (MQL’s) to convert to a sales qualified lead
• Schedule initial meetings using online chat, email, and outbound phone calls
• You will apply inbound and/or outbound calls for lead qualification
• Identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns leveraging partner Eco system
• Communicate the value of NetApp Cloud Operations solutions to VP level and other Sr. Manager level enterprise decision-makers
• Conduct discovery and execute on lead qualification process to uncover the needs the prospect has that NetApp Cloud Ops solutions will solve for
• Work closely with Account Managers, SE’s, Channel Resell partners, and peers to maximize lead generating events in your designated territory
• Deliver the NetApp Cloud Operations elevator pitch and overview presentation effectively
• Timely and accurate update Salesforce.com with customer information, and lead conversion information
• Strong written and oral communication skills are a must
2-4 years previous cloud sales experience required
