Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS or other)
  • Software engineering skills across all phases of software development lifecycle
  • Ability to understand unfamiliar code bases
  • Experience working with relational/non-relational databases and working with data at high scale
  • Troubleshooting skills across network, application, cache, queuing, load-balancing, distributed services layers
  • Understanding of testing principles and experience with automation testing
  • Collaboration skills and critical thinking

  • Participate in the design and development of features, experiences, and solutions for end-to-end business scenarios.
  • Develop high-quality secure and compliant solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build new features.
  • Design, develop, test, and support features, experiences, and solutions primarily in C#,.Net,Kubernetesand Azuretechnologies.
  • Supporthighly availableservices used by millions of users daily.
  • Work with support to triage and debug technical support requests.
  • Analyze how your features are performing in production to learn and make the product better.
  • Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on-call tomonitorsystem/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and gains approval to restore system/product/service for simple problems.
