YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE: Lead and align multi-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, software, and firmware engineering to deliver best in class charging solutions.Help deliver executive (VP level) communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process.Work with suppliers to manage and support engineering development builds leading to mass production, tracking yields, addressing issues, and facilitating communication. Support internal proof-of-concept hardware and software development for new application investigations.Work with engineering management to define the wireless charging roadmap.
- Product development or engineering experience shipping consumer electronic systems, semiconductor, or other electronic hardware
- 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management
- Bachelor’s degree in physics or engineering field
- Curiosity and action oriented mindset
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally if required
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Ability to work on strategic tasks and solve for ambiguous, open ended goals
- Solid problem-solving, failure analysis, and debugging skills
- Familiarity with power systems and experience with FW/HW interactions
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering or physics
