Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for DtC B2B, Marketplace sales KPIs (Sales Target, growth, P & L, inventory, etc)
  • Responsible to grow the existing B2B market and develop new markets & business opportunities
  • EPP/SMB Business Planning & Strategy: Develop short to long term growth strategy and plans.
  • Develop commercial plans : analyze and manage P&L impact of promotions and apply to future planning for a profitable long-term growth
  • Provide sales priorities to product digital marketing team and merchandising team. Develop strategies of each product group and develop unique and relevant eCommerce sales strategies for different group of products considering their different nature of business and industry
  • Work with division’s PM team and leaders to have overall strategy and objective aligned
  • Initiate and support team projects and operation enhancements to pursue a long-term business growth
  • Sales reporting on daily, weekly and monthly with sales insights/action plans
  • Develop weekly/monthly sales forecast
  • Ensure all forecasts are reported and reflected in the system on-time
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, strategy & planning, operations, customer experience, finance, legal and division sales teams to build tactical product and promotion plans
  • Building and develop EPP partners to communicate promotions and deploy marketing materials
  • Manage business relationships with external partners (EPP/B2B partners)
  • Ad-hoc and regular reports to the executives on key plans and results (Product launch, key promotions, major holidays, regular cadence, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze market trend, competitors to improve sales, traffic, conversion, SWOT, ROI, areas of improvement, etc. and report on a regular basis
  • Track, summarize and report on online performance (sales, page views, conversion rates, etc.) on a regular basis to evaluate return on investments

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field

Knowledge:

  • Strong Presentation Skills with strong Excel & Power Point skills
  • Knowledge of ERP such as SAP is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Dynamic, motivating, andentrepreneurial-mindedwith an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines
  • The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiple levels within and outside of the company
  • The ability to work in a team environment to identify and achieve team project goals and results, including the completion of assignments within established periods.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years business development and/or B2B sales/marketing experience required
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms and content management systems
