•Design and lead the effort on automation, CI/CD processes and tools to make our services simpler and more robust
•Mentor team members in design collaboration, code reviews, development tools and processes
•Take part in the full software development life cycle including development, test, continuous delivery and support
•Be an active member of an agile team, collaboratively realizing features through development, test and delivery

•Expert in designing, implementing, and testing new blocks for FPGA Radio platforms
• Expertise in NR/LTE/eCPRI/CPRI/PTP protocol analysis and implementation with signal processing knowledge and background
• 5G Radio development background
• Expert in closing timing on an Intel/Xilinx FPGA. Expert in integration of IP/RTL into Intel/Xilinx FPGA.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Agility to adapt to technologies and processes quickly
•13-16 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
•Experience with FPGA design tools like Quartus. Experiencein MATLAB and Simulink modelling for 5G flow
