Your key responsibilities
- Assist the SCS Communications and Engagement Leader to develop and execute a communications strategy for Supply Chain Services and its five categories.
- This will include activities required to deliver all aspects of communication plans, messaging, and assets to deliver the SCS communications strategy that reaches key internal audiences globally – within SCS, within each category, to specific stakeholders and to the broader EY.
- Develop reporting on the reach and impact of C&E initiatives including monitoring campaign metrics, evaluating engagement effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
- For assigned campaigns, independently work with stakeholders to develop key messaging and assets.
- Write and develop impactful communications content across a suite of channels including video, newsletter articles, social media posts, podcasts, webcasts, presentations, and more.
- As well as working across all SCS to drive culture, strategy, and engagement; work with each category to ensure relevant stakeholder engagement and team communications.
- Work with the SCS Communications and Engagement Leader to develop campaigns to the broader EY and to specific stakeholder groups to support new technology and process launches.
- Work with the SCS Communications and Engagement Leader to support leadership communications within EY and with regards to events.
- Manage shared mailboxes metrics and planning tools, impact reports, Broadcast Center/One Access lists, SharePoint updates to ensure an efficient and professional communications capability.

- To qualify for the role, you must have
- 5-8 years of progressive communications experience in a large global organization
- Exceptional written communications and strong storytelling capability across digital channels
- Strong personal communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with senior-level stakeholders
- Proven ability to work across geographies and cultures, navigate complexity and lead virtual teams
- Digital fluency with experience with SharePoint, Power BI, One Access, Broadcast Center , etc.
