Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience with systems automation, and with systems design and implementation.
- 3 years of experience with technical infrastructure (e.g., deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting).
- Experience with shell scripting and automation.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working with vendors or customers.
- Understanding of complex IT infrastructure and security standards and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Understanding in three or more of the following skill-sets within IT Operations: Operating Systems, Networking, Scripting and Automation, and Coding.
- Excellent customer service, documentation, prioritization, multitasking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Systematic problem solving approach, coupled with sense of ownership and drive with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where a high ambiguity and uncertainty exist.
