Key job responsibilities
Develop a short term and long term strategic AWS Marketplace Go-To-Market plans embracing the features and automation that AWS Marketplace brings to the procurement and sales process.
Understand the technical requirements of customers and partners and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings.A day in the life
You will work with partners and customers to understand their needs and desires in solving their top business challenges. You will work with partners to integrate AWS Marketplace functionality (APIs, CRM connectors, reporting, automation) into their processes, you will also work with customers to enable them to use buyer functionality (Future Dated Agreements, Free trials, ISV solution financing). This team sits at the intersection of customer/partner needs and product engineering and is responsible for translating between the stakeholders to drive AWSome outcomes.

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience with Customer procurement systems (i.e ARIBA or COUPA)

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- MBA
- Bachelor's degree
