There is no typical day in this role. Some days will be spent on-site with users, or reviewing a recent integration, the next may be negotiating a contract for new services, leading a software development team to help integrate a product, or writing testing requirements. This is a diverse role for someone that loves all aspects of technical partner management. Partner Management You will serve as the primary point of contact for all partners. •Developing a deep understanding of each partner and relationship. Negotiate contracts and resolve issues.•Setting, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators with each partner•Manage, deliver, and report on several concurrent projects of various sizes to the business•Lead technical implementations, and regular reviews, between partners, integrators and end-users•Leverage vendor resources to educate target users effectively•Overseeing custom software development, or managing software development teams to create utilities designed to enhance the integration of services in to the learning environment. Technical Management You will be responsible for the implementation, operation and support of partner services.•Gathering requirements, creating test plans, and success criteria definitions, followed by executing tests to ensure requirements are met.•Be thoroughly involved in the up-skilling of both support- and end-user teams on product use.•Scope projects to enhance the learning environment and work with vendors on identifying and solving issues. Other responsibilities: •Communicate proactively with teams, and manage the process of service outages, enhancements and/or integration migrations.•Ensure compliance of the technical stack with security, data requirements and regional data protection regulations.•Constantly seek for areas of improvement.•Consultative approach to problem-solving.•Work independently and as part of diverse, geographically dispersed teams.•Participation in out-of-hour calls when collaborating across different regions and time-zones
