Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience with construction and project management, developing and managing budgets (including capital budget justification), contract management, strategy development, and quantitative analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Knowledge of contracts, contract law, and claims management processes and procedures.
Knowledge of construction costs drivers, methods of measurement (basis of pricing), and how to influence them.
Expertise in procurement planning and procurement policy, with excellent supplier management skills.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to lead, influence, coach, facilitate, build teamwork, and deliver results.
