In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.


Your Role and Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
  • Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
  • Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP solutions, including design, configuration and Identify appropriate services and align all solutions with business and IT solution owners
  • Manage SAP IT Solution implementations, including budget, resources, and timeline planning, Support project organization for integration- and user acceptance test.
  • Experience in supporting Solution’s end to end for proposals and project delivery.
  • Experience in providing functional and business process expertise and participate in design activities and a gap analysis prior to the implementation.
  • Working knowledge in OM, PA, ESS, MSS, Workflows of SAP HCM and required to perform job scheduling and monitoring. Work on substitution rules, Leave request and time related issues.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Managing Business issues and provide solution in timely manner and work with other team members across the cross functional team.
  • Handling ticketing tool like ServiceNow and Solman 7.2.
  • Keeping track of ticket queue and respond to issues raised by Business in a timely manner within the SLA.
