2. Understand Customer Needs: Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals, challenges, and objectives in order to align cloud services with their unique requirements.
3. Deliver Value Proposition: Articulate the value proposition of our cloud services, demonstrating how they directly contribute to enhanced student learning, operational efficiency, and financial savings.
4. Customer Advocacy: Foster long-term relationships and transform satisfied clients into advocates for our services.
7. Reporting and Forecasting: Keep accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular sales forecasts and progress updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
* Understanding of the higher education sector including Academic Medical Centers, research organizations, teaching hospitals and the challenges they face.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.
* Proven track record in sales, particularly in selling cloud services, software, professional services or technology solutions.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
- Experience developing detailed go to market plans
