A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in the real-money gambling space, with performance type advertisers or for a business that has deep connections to the category.
Demonstrable account management / client facing sales experience, or in a target-orientated/commercial role within the paid advertising industry.
Strong experience within performance advertising, the mobile and app market and a keen passion for the ever-changing digital space.
Understanding of the key metrics and performance benchmarks in sports betting and real-money casino.
Great collaboration, prioritisation and planning skills.
Strong Excel literacy and analytical skills are critical for this role.
You have a clear eye and can focus on the details and trends, combined with the skills to react quickly, ensuring the best in class service for clients, whilst keeping a cool head under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, able to listen effectively, socialise ideas across functions and articulate the business visions both internally and externally.
Experience within either the Shopping, Food & Drink, Travel, or Health & Fitness sectors
Passionate about working across teams, driving a culture of collaboration and shared success.
Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus too!
