In this role, you’ll lead commercial business planning and drive Commercial Program launch readiness for new products, providing critical insights to inform key decisions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve processes. Managing the Plan of Record (POR) is crucial, ensuring alignment and reflecting business strategy. You’ll simplify complex challenges, turning data into actionable recommendations that directly contribute to company success.RESPONSIBILITIES- Launch Readiness Leadership: Lead Commercial Program readiness for new product launches by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop detailed launch plans, track progress against key milestones, ensure successful launch execution, and manage the Commercial Programs reporting plan, ensuring cross-functional alignment on metrics and reporting cadence.
  • 4+ years of experience in Strategic Operations, Management Consulting, or similar roles focused on process optimization and strategic business planning.
  • Demonstrated success in process management or business planning, including the development and leadership of impactful business initiatives aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to excel and lead in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a strong focus on achieving results and driving innovation.
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that significantly contribute to business growth, including revenue generation, increased attach rates, and enhanced customer engagement.
  • Exceptional communicator, adept at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences and leveraging data to develop compelling narratives and data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, effectively communicate innovative ideas, and deliver persuasive presentations to leadership, fostering collaboration and building consensus across teams.
