Your role and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Align IBM technology with partners’ technical strategies and support solution development
- Design and implement joint solutions leveraging IBM technology
- Work closely with IBM’s internal technical experts to deliver the best customer and partner-centric solutions
- Enhance partners’ technical capabilities to scale IBM-powered solutions in the market
- Create co-selling opportunities and facilitate Proof of Technology (PoT) engagements between IBM and partners
Detailed Responsibilities- Understand partners’ solution value and collaborate with IBM to develop differentiated joint solutions
- Enable partners to effectively design and deploy solutions leveraging IBM technology
- Support partners in identifying business opportunities and expanding their sales pipeline with IBM technology
- Empower partners to propose IBM technology-driven solutions to customers and achieve successful sales outcomes

Required technical and professional expertise
- AI Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including machine learning, data analysis, and AI-related technologies. Hands-on experience with AI tools or projects is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and data platforms. Basic knowledge of cloud services and data management is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication skills. Ability to collaborate in a team environment and adapt to dynamic situations.
- Language Proficiency: Strong English skills, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a global business environment.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- In-depth understanding of IBM Data Platform's AI product portfolio.
