Inside Sales & Phone Order Desk Representative - Medical Consumable Supplies-3

Your role:

• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics
• Process Medical Consumable Supplies (MCS) orders via phone & email
• Respond to customer inquiries related to order tracking, shipping info, part availability, etc…
• Provide a high level of customer service & support from order entry to delivery
• Process orders on the Integrated Client (SAP) system, ensuring proper configuration, sales quota management assignment, appropriate order history as it pertains to the integrity of the order

You´re the right fit if:

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and or relevant business experience preferred
• 2+ years of business systems experience (ex: SAP/ ERP systems, MS Office, SalesForce) & Quality Management systems (ICS Control, SOX etc.) preferred.
• Possess excellent verbal, written, and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $25 to $27 hourly.
