How you’ll spend your day
- Proper operation of the ETP, RO-RO-II, maintaining dosing as per requirements, logging various control parameters like pressure, feed flow, feed pH, & I reject flow, recycle flow etc in shifts.
- Proper operation of MEE & ATFD as per the defined procedures and parameters, maintaining log books in shift operation.
- Ensure dosing of the chemicals as per the optimization study conducted in the lab by chemist.
- Conducting regular CIP of RO, MEE & ATFD as per the schedule.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and equipment’s.
- Fill in log sheets and formats as applicable.
- Ensuring preventive and breakdown maintenance of the equipment’s by regular follow-up with the maintenance department.
- Maintaining inventory of various process chemicals and spares and informing his direct reporting manager regarding any shortages.
- Following all the safety requirements and instructions during routine operation of the plants.
- To handle the shift activities.
Your experience and qualifications
BSc./ Diploma in chemical
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
