Responsible for leading large-scale strategic plant level projects. Influence the adaption of DMAIC Methodology to drive business results through the adaption of digital solutions to drive Value Improvement Process (VIP) in functional areas through LBP.
Responsible for driving efficiency, OH and VIP savings within the current manufacturing process to support the site P&L using Line blow ups and kaizen events
Key technical leader in Operational excellence- lean Principles and system
Develops and maintains strong relationships with peer group to actively influences, shape and develop site strategy, StAR projects, Facilities Master Plan, Site digital strategy, CEA space strategy, Winning factory and LBP. Leverages the network for best practices
Lead the Site Digital Strategy and own the data analytics strand for advancing the adaption of digital solutions throughout manufacturing and functions to deliver site VIP.
Lead the Business Excellence Strategy creation and deployment. Manage and oversee the coordination, deployment and implementation of multi-year strategies, engaging stakeholders, evaluating VIP opportunities and managing risk.

Education & Experience:
Hons bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years demonstrated People Leadership within a comparable environment.
Demonstrated application of Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement experience.
Ability to influence communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
