You will work with global and other regional Corporate FX Sales Client Execution teams, Corporate FX Sales, Structuring and Solutions as well as Technology.

What you will do will be varied day to day, but the key drivers of the role are:

  • Identify and drive the development of strategic growth opportunities within the EMEA and Global Corporate FX Sales franchise
  • Independently manage regional projects/initiatives
    • Partner with relevant stakeholders and regional counterparts to drive planning and execution of project deliverables
    • Identify milestones and key enablers for successfully implementing initiatives outlined by Corporate FX Sales strategy
    • Perform detailed synthesis of client and firm data available internally and externally to present meaningful findings to management and sales teams
  • Develop bespoke client and competitor insight and analyses
    • Develop expertise in all types of client data to be able to read across and drive strategic analyses / outputs, and help identify opportunities to leverage them
    • Conduct bespoke client analysis
  • Support senior Sales and Cluster/Country leads in implementing strategic initiatives and sales campaigns.
    • Tracking of client initiatives progress and driving accountability
    • Building efficient processes and tools to create capacity for Sales.
    • Distilling key themes, validating analytics, creating actionable output with the aim of promoting growth.

What we will need from you:

Knowledge and experience requirements

  • BA / B.Com / B.Sc (MBA / Master’s degree or equivalent an advantage)
  • Prior experience in / familiarity with Markets and Banking preferred; examples of successful growth strategy implementation desirable; familiarity with data analytics advantageous.

Skill requirements

  • The vision to identify new areas of growth opportunity; ability to structure and drive projects from idea to completion
  • Strong interpersonal andrelationship-buildingskills; must be comfortable interacting with different products and functions across the organization
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills (including use of Powerpoint / Qlickview / ThinkCell)
  • Advanced Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel / Access).

  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into executable plans
