Technical Staffyou willlead technical execution across BIOS, embedded firmware, and platform software. Yourwill be pivotal inthe architectureoperational efficiency ofBIOS and firmwarefor client.
Participate in coreBIOSand firmwareengineering, including chipset reference code, open-source integration, and feature development (e.g., security, manageability, update/recovery) across Intel, AMD, and ARM platforms
Be responsibleforboot/bring-up, power/thermal, deviceinitialisation, manageability, firmware update/rollback, and manufacturing readiness
Involve inplatform-specific enablement, aligning BIOS/FW/Driver/OS/SW across ODMs and internal teamstoensureproduct delivery and high qu
Define and executemodernisationdrivingfeature commonality across silicon
Interface with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
Essential Requirements
yearsin engineering andtechnicalexpertisewithamaster’s or bachelor’sdegreein computer engineering, electrical engineering, orrelateddiscipline.
Deep knowledge of UEFI BIOS, embedded firmware, operating systems such as Windows, RTOS, Zephyr, Linux, device drivers
Proven ability toproblem solvingand work with
Knowledge or relevant deployment experience of the PC ecosystemwith a focusonBIOS and embedded controller firmware
Experience insoftware and firmwaredevelopment life cycle
