Essential Skills:

1.Hands on experience inGTAW welding, Laser welding and welding automation. Candidate should be able todo welding with automation setup independently.

2. Familiar with welding metallurgies like SS 316 , Hastelloy, Ni alloys.

3.Knowledge of working of welding machines, Argon plus Hydrogen gas flowsystems, He leak testing, welding torches, ceramics, nozzles, tungstensharpeners and automation systems.

Desired skills:

1.Candidateshaving experience of welding automation in clean room environment (10K class)will be preferred.
2.Candidates with knowledge of cleaning processes and handling, maintainingultrasonically clean parts during welding will be preferred.
3. Knowledge of cutting, polishing and etchingof welded metal specimens
4. Handlingof microscopes for weld geometry evaluations.

Qualification : ITI – Welding / Diploma Mech / Production

Experience required : 3 years and above

Preferred Industries: Aerospace , Pressurevessel, Piping , Oil and Gas, Precision Welding etc.
