Duration: 6 months + possibility of prolongation
Time schedule: 20-30 hours/week
In this role, you will support the build-up and engagement of an internal AI Community and contribute to AI-related learning and development projects within the Controlling organization. You will work closely with experienced controllers, project leads, and community builders at SAP.
Your key activities will include:
- Support the establishment and growth of the internal AI Community by organizing meetings, creating models of engagement, and managing community space and activity.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of AI and other learning initiatives, including scoping training needs, preparing materials, and supporting delivery.
- Assist in developing engaging presentations, surveys, and reports to visualize community engagement and learning impact.
- Help collect and analyze feedback from participants to drive continuous improvement with regards to AI exploration and adoption in the department.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders across Controlling, Finance, and People and Culture areas.

What you bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently enrolled in an active, full-time degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Decent knowledge of Finance, specifically of Management Accounting.
- Interest in AI technologies, learning and development, and/or community management.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Good communication skills and creativity in engaging internal audiences.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Project or community-building experience is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
The Controlling Interaction Model (CIM) team is primarily involved in activities designed to increase the impact of the Global Controlling organization. Our core responsibilities are:
- Drive the implementation of business capabilities, mostly those affecting people and processes.
- Maintain the Controlling delivery model.
- Provide the structure to enable the ongoing professional development of Controllers.
- Drive Agile work practices in Controlling.
- Drive people development, learning, and AI adoption for the department.
- Promote Controlling within and outside of SAP.
