•5+ years Procurement with experience in contract negotiation process and Direct materials sourcing.
•Indirect categories management knowledge would be a plus.
•Pharma or Chemical industry experience: 3+ years preferred.
•Master or Bachelor's degree in business or scientific area is preferred.
•Excellence in execution.
•Customer orientation.
•Cause and effect thinking.
•Change management experience.
•Strong interpersonal skills including cross-functional teamwork.
•Effective written and oral communication skills.
•Strong multi-cultural skills, high energy levels.
•Sensitivity to the cultural diversity of a global organization.
•Solid understanding of contract management and P2P best practices, policies and tools.
•Good experience with Ariba, Financial and ERP systems and reporting solutions.
•MS office skills (e.g., excel and power point).
•Fluent in English
