As a Senior Quality Engineer within the CLM Application Management Team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our development products such as Service Provider Cockpit (SPC) / SPC NextGent (COM), BTP Based solutions, etc. You will work in an innovative cloud environment with a diverse team of highly motivated developers. Here you are responsible to implement robust quality control processes and tools.

What you`ll do

• Defining the test strategy for the program respecting defined process- and product standards.
• Coaching teams in terms of quality assurance and test related processes, methods and tools.
• Analysing and evaluating test progress and results for the program and taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Inititiating process or tool improvements. Creating final test evaluation report of the program to support release decision.
• Acting as quality- and test contact for developers and program stakeholders.

What you bring

• 6 + Yrs of IT Experience
• Good team player with excellent communication skills in German and English
• Proven experience as a Senior Quality Engineer or similar as an ABAP/non-ABAP developer
• Experience with Scrum and Agile Software Engineering (ASE)
• Knowledge and experience in Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and address potential quality issues
• Designs, creates and implements quality KPIs in order to assess quality and compliance status
• Deep knowledge about relevant product and process standards, important legal requirements and quality assurance and test related tools
• Good knowledge about Quality Management System (QMS), corporate requirements and ISO standards
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies

Preferably you will also have:

• Experience with ABAP and cloud-based testing environments and related technologies (incl. reporting)
• Git, Jira, Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline knowledge
• Knowledge of various testing methods and possible tools
• Familiarity with integrating Quality Metrices into a Quality Management System (QMS)
