In this role, you will support the technical setup of process mining investigations in the SAP Signavio Intelligence product. You will work in a cross-functional team that strives to embody customer focus, collaboration, and trust. We are looking for people who share our passion for creating products Data modelling and automation of business processes and services that people love to use. To thrive in this role, you appreciate close collaboration, open communication, and holistic solutions. Here are some of the key fields and expected activities in this vital role:

  1. Implementation of Process Mining and related functionalities
  2. Data extraction and connection of different data from different systems and sources
  3. Development of process-specific event logs, data models, and analyses
  4. Experience in BPMN 2.0 process documentation (SAP Signavio)
  5. Data modelling and automation of business processes
  6. Content / best practices creation for internal BPM community

What you bring

  • Process Modeling Tool experience (ideally with Signavio or similar)
  • Signavio Signal Scripting skills, SQL
  • A solid understanding of data object structures, and databases
  • Experience in business process management, business process consulting
  • Ability to engage across functions with different stakeholders (product owners, process owners, enterprise architecture team, and similar)
  • Ability to collaborate, build strong internal relationships
  • Good organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Passion for customers and their success
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills in English
